Shipping Policy

Where do you ship products to?

Worldwide, to all countries except those not allowed by the UK postal services.

How long does it take for my item to be shipped after ordering?

All Dreamsi Boutique clothes and accessories are handmade by Dreamsi. For this reason, please expect to wait 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase until your item will be ready to ship. 

 

Holiday periods and sickness

If there is a delay due to holidays or sickness, there will be a notice on the website and sent via email immediately after purchase, and a full refund can be accepted before making begins, if you purchase at this time and needed the item sooner.

What shipping options are available?

Your item will be posted via Royal Mail express tracked. If you would like to choose a cheaper option like Royal Mail 2nd class, which we don’t recommend, you can do so but will not be able to get a refund if your item goes missing. You can also select a more expensive signed for or 24-48 hours delivery options via emailing your request with or within a week after purchase.

Can I get my item gift wrapped?

Yes. Dreamsi will gift wrap items custom at no extra cost if the order is over £50. For orders under £50 this will come at a cost of £5 which can be agreed via email within a week after purchase.

Do you accept returns? 

If the clothing or jewellery is unworn besides trying it on, has no signs of wear or damage, and has the original tags still attached (card tags and fabric tags), then the item can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. If you have yet to receive your item, you can also receive a full refund within 2 weeks, and then your made to order item will be listed on the website and social media for sale.
