If you would like a different colour or type of shark or dolphin, this can also be done, please request this below in customisation.

Due to these clay models being made and painted by hand without a mould, there may be small variations as shown in the photographs above. Each piece is lovingly crafted by Dreamsi. This is why custom designs are possible.

Processing times:

Due to each piece being made to order, please expect to wait 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase until your item is ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase, and once the item is ready, for you to check. If you are unsatisfied with the result, before receiving the item, you can request a full refund.

Refund policy: 

Items that have been shipped, can only be refunded if they are returned unworn (except for trying on), with original tags and with no signs of wear or damage.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel an order anytime within 24 hours of making it, via the button at the bottom of our store front or sending an email to dreamsi@dreamsi.net
